By creating an account or using AffiMe, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service (we will miss you, but we understand).
2. Use of the Service
AffiMe provides an analytics and organization dashboard for affiliate marketing. You are responsible for how you use the data shown in the platform.
What you can do
- •Track campaigns, projects, and performance data
- •Invite your team (if your plan allows it)
- •Export or back up your own data
What you cannot do
- •Use AffiMe for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities
- •Reverse engineer, hack, or attempt to break the service
- •Use AffiMe to spam, harass, or harm others
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. If you suspect unauthorized access, please change your password and contact us immediately.
4. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. These Terms focus on how you use the service. If something is about "how we treat your data", check the Privacy Policy. If it is about "what you are allowed to do", it is probably here.
5. Affiliate Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your campaigns, creatives, traffic sources, and compliance with the rules of any ad networks, affiliate networks, or legal jurisdictions you operate in. AffiMe does not approve or manage your campaigns.
6. Fees & Changes
If we introduce paid plans or change pricing, we will communicate this clearly in advance. You will always have a chance to review any new pricing before being charged.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you seriously violate these Terms, abuse the service, or attempt to compromise its security or stability.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
AffiMe is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep things stable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case on earth.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AffiMe is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the dashboard or email. Continuing to use AffiMe after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
